Client and Challenge
“Homebuyer Kit” is a service by the L1 construction company for apartment buyers at the Byron residential complex. Users choose an apartment, floor, style (Scandinavian or loft) and furnishings room by room; the total price is recalculated in real time. Delivery, assembly, and a 3-year warranty included.
What Was Done
- An apartment and floor selection interface with style switching.
- A room-by-room furniture configurator: the price updates instantly, without a page reload.
- Shopping cart.
- Full functionality on mobile.
- Development coordination and backend integration.

React, with client-side pricing logic. The backend was built separately.
Result
A complex furnishing decision turned into a clear flow: in a few minutes a new homeowner puts together a fully furnished apartment and immediately sees the total price.
