Client and Challenge
The real estate agency VAMS Smart Realty needed a full-fledged premium property catalog within its existing website: convenient property search, better page indexing, and scalable content management.
What Was Done
- A dedicated catalog section with its own data architecture and content management system.
- Advanced filters: developer, district, metro station, price, number of rooms, completion date, and additional features.
- Property page: photo gallery, description, specifications, highlights, construction phases, map, available units, mortgage calculator, and similar properties.
- Payload CMS for managing the catalog, with room to scale.
Technical Details
Next.js, Payload CMS. The architecture is designed for SEO, performance, and catalog growth without reworking the core data structure.
Result
The catalog became a single entry point for searching premium properties. The client's team got a manageable content system and a faster publishing process; the SEO structure laid the groundwork for organic traffic growth.
My Role
Front end and CMS: the catalog's client side on Next.js and Payload CMS setup for content management.
