Client and Challenge
Cladding Solutions supplies facade and roofing materials (aluminum, copper, brass, and Coil Coating steel), with 20+ years on the market and full-cycle manufacturing in Serbia. They needed a website that brought together a product catalog, a portfolio of hundreds of projects, and up-to-date stock levels from 1C.
What Was Done
- A catalog of materials and finished products, color collections, a project map with case studies, and industry news.
- CMS integration, with all content managed through the admin panel.
- In-stock catalog synced with 1C: stock levels update without manual entry.
- Mobile pages refined for real-world scenarios (an architect in the office, a foreman on site, a buyer on the go).
- Team coordination: aligning the frontend with the backend and integrations, managing deadlines and quality.
- Post-launch support and improvements.
Technical Details
1C-Bitrix (catalog, admin panel), with a 1C exchange to sync the catalog and stock levels.
Result
Instead of a brochure site, a working platform for architects, developers, and contractors. Manual stock entry and the errors that came with it are gone, and the client manages content on their own without constant developer involvement.

My Role
Lead developer and coordinator: frontend and CMS integration, 1C sync setup, team management, and post-launch support. The project was delivered for an agency (white-label).
